Jazz in Turkey
Documentary Project
The documentary format has been planned in order to include the comments of musicians and activists who have contributed to this genre. These comments will tell little stories while revealing the contributions made to the evolution of Jazz. Detailed profiles of still performing artists and a projection of contributing artists will be included as well.
Detailed information about important local and international organizations and contributing activists will also be accessible thanks to this research.
The documentary will include archive images and records. The evolution of Jazz in Turkey will be documented through rich interviews with still living artists.
